Magnets are one of the most important discoveries that changed mankind. The discovery of
magnets and start of electronics completely changed our life styles. They are of two types,
permanent magnets and temporary magnets. The permanent magnet needs some kind of effort
to be made to demagnetize it. They belong to a class of elements called Ferro magnet. The
magnetite which is naturally-occurring element is what, led to the discovery of the magnet around
600BC.Magents are used almost everywhere from hospitals for MRI scanners to fridge door
magnets. With such wide variety of uses, these magnets are so interesting that they stick on to your
head.
