October 29The Nose Attack
When a baby ‘goes’, the first thing that gets affected is your nose. You can’t blame the baby. You too would have done just the same thing when you were like your kid. Thankfully there is a gadget called the disposable diaper, and when it is tied around the waist of the baby, everything is contained within. You will have to wait for the baby sitter to remove it, clean everything and then tie up a new one. It indeed is a great gadget.
October 22Southern Chennai is the best place for IT
Chennai is a Big city, and is the 4th largest city in India. But most of it is scum. And I hate the Northern part of Chennai. It is only suitable for the huge factories that are there, and therefore the people who are surrounding there are mostly labourers and so the quality of people there will be like that. Southern Chennai is the best for IT companies. Rentals are high, and therefore you will find only people who can pay these rents there. And therefore it is the best place to start an office for you in that area.
Southern chennai is an open place. Anyone can come forward and do any sort of business, and there are no restrictions. There are no big politics. No Mayawati like politicians who would drive you out of the state and stuff. Everyone is welcome in Chennai. And the office buildings there are really posh. You get to see lawns in front of those buildings with spring plungers, and you would just enjoy walking into your office every morning. That itself is a luxury.
The Metro Transport system has improved, and therefore the staff too can now travel in style. It is almost impossible to ride a bike in the peek hours, so maybe you could set your office timings to help your staff escape the peek traffic.
Food is great in Chennai. South Indian food is a speciality there, and I love every restaurant. Again, chennai is a place for everyone. You could get a full mean for 5 rupees, and a meal could cost you over Rs 1000 at different places.
October 22Webaholics is Moving to Chennai
I am glad to announce that I am going to quit working from stupid looking workplaces in Pondicherry and am moving my company to a more professional office building in Chennai. The name of the building is called Olympia and it is located in Guindy. The costs have crossed my budget actually, but the address sounds really cool. I shall publish the address once my company is fully operational from there.
My idea of a perfect office is a place where people can work in leisure, and are not confined to their cabins. I am not planning to provide them all with computers, but will get them all laptops which they can carry to their homes to get the work done. Since I am into the web I do not have codes or anything else that I might need to protect, and all that there are would be the passwords, and always, the job description and the agreement with the staff at the time of recruitment will be very clear and if they try to do something funny on my servers from their homes on the laptop that my company has provided them, they will hear from law enforcement.
Well, apart from the laptops, they will have unlimited access to coffee makers round the clock. Naturally the office is going to be a round the clock office and the people in the night shifts will definitely want a lot of coffee to keep themselves awake. Coffee would naturally call for a lot of peeing, so I am making private toilets within the office space that I have rented out, but unfortunately it will be common for both the men and the women to save space. if the women dont want to ‘go’ in there, they can choose to use the floor’s common toilets.
There luckily is a balcony as it is a corner office, and that would be my private smoking zone, and ofcourse if the staff are desperate to smoke, they can feel free to be my guest. I hope to make the new office fully functional by December 1st, as it is the World Aids Day. My company hasn’t got anything to do with Aids, but that happens to be my birthday too
October 20Gadgets for a grocery store
The best gadget that you could keep on a grocery store is a set of survelence cameras. You will not need anything more than that. Even if it is a general store where people will be walking in to pickup things, you will definitely need survelence cameras and armed security guards so that if someone steals a pen or something they can be shot dead and cremated in the basemet itself.
It is a tough job. You get a retail franchises directory to decide on what you want to be retailing, set up a store, invest in ti, employ people and finally you find that people are taking away things without paying for them? They should be shot dead, and this punishment should be legalized.
